Since someone "lifted"** our chairs from around the pond, we've decided to move the motion detector light from the porch to the fence near the pond and put up a permanent fixture at the door. In looking at options, I saw that Lowe's will soon carry a wide selection of Sea Gull Lighting, priced from $10 to $600. I'm pretty much in love with the jelly jar style black one, which also happens to be the $10 light.

It's probably a project that will wait until after the big October date, but it's a lot more fun to think about than how tight my belly feels, how a sip of coffee turns immediately to heartburn, and that I woke up every 2 hours last night, like clockwork, to pee.
